Garfield County Emergency Alert System
The Garfield County Emergency Communications Authority has implemented a state of the art emergency notification system to alert citizens of emergencies that may affect them and also provide community news when needed. The Everbridge system enables the Public Safety Agencies in Garfield County to quickly provide information in a variety of situations, such as Fires, Floods, Road Closures, Evacuations, and more.
Having your most current contact information is the only way to ensure we can contact you in the event of an emergency. Please add or update your contact information as soon as possible. It is easy and only takes a few minutes. If you still have traditional landline phone service through companies like CenturyLink, your information is already in the system. However, cell phones, VoIP services and emails are not. Add them today!
