US Bank Robbery on April 27th, 2012

On June 25th an arrest warrant was granted for the arrest of Mark Douglas Osterloo, date of birth 02/06/1967, in connection with the April robbery of the US Bank at 802 Grand Ave., Glenwood Springs. Osterloo, a resident of Denver, is charged through the warrant with:

[li]Aggravated Robbery, a Class 3 Felony[/li]
[li]Theft, a Class 4 Felony[/li]
[li]Menacing, a Class 5 Felony[/li]

Osterloo is currently being held in the Denver County Jail on $20,000 bond pertaining to this warrant, and similar charges brought by the Colorado Springs Police Department related to two bank robberies in that City on June 4th and June 14th. In none of the robberies listed was there any use of force or open display of a weapon.

Prosecutors in the involved jurisdictions will determine where court proceedings will take place and whether or not to combine cases and prosecution.
